About Pine Zone (Zhengzhou) Abrasives Industry We are one of two manufacturers in the world that can produce large diamond and CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) abrasive belts. Our newly-developed diamond hand pads are more flexible to polish the curved surface. All our products carry MPA, EN12413 and CE approvals.
Produce Raw Material In-House
With 20 partner factories in the related industry, we also have our own three factories covering 20,000 square meters which turn out 30,000 tons of abrasive raw material. All raw material meets FEPA and JIS standards.
Our zirconium alumina, alumina oxide, wear-proof nylon and non-woven fabrics are sourced from Germany to ensure that our flap discs meet EN 13743 standard and cutting wheels meet EN 142B standard. They can work at speeds of up to 80 meters per second. Our products also carry MPA safety certificate and our imported adhesives enable them to comply with the RoHS Directive.
Advanced Equipment and Experienced Staff
Our 40 R&D engineers can develop diamond and CBN (CBN Cubic Boron Nitride) abrasive belts up to 4,000mm W x 6,000mm L which can be used for machines and meet international market demands. Furthermore, 32 QC staff members with10 years of experience inspect our products from raw material to production and shipment to ensure high quality.
We have two cloth treatment equipment and two fully-automated production lines imported from Germany. They help keep our costs down while producing up to 40,000 abrasive products daily and 30 million cutting wheels monthly.
